Since year 2001, I have been working with a number of home sellers & buyers who are local and who are from overseas, and also I have been happy to serve those who came to the Greater Vancouver area first time, and interested in leasing real estate properties.

When I am working with buyers and renters, I expend all of my energy to try to find the ideal property for my clients.  I will go the extra mile to show every property that might be of interest to you. For sellers, I am determined to find every interested buyer and try to show them the home promptly without missing any opportunities.

At the moment, some of my clients are from overseas who plan a prolonged stay in Vancouver, new immigrants, landed citizens, foreign investors, and people who study in Vancouver.

 Using digital/computer technologies, I can keep my clients overseas as up-to-date as if they were at my office in Vancouver.

In 1995, I first visited Vancouver to attend Business School.  After graduation, I officially immigrated to Canada.
In 1998, I first entered Oak West as a receptionist.  While working, I studied for my Sales license and in 2001, I was promoted to a Sales Representative.  Over the years, I have attained a Property Management License, and also an Agent's License.

My motto is "Stand in the shoes of the clients," and give the most prompt, sincere, and concise advice possible.

I'm often called diligent and hardworking.  I am a generous, forward, positive thinker with the knowledge to back up my ideas. 
Originally from Kyoto, I talk with a Kansai accent.
