During the course of business, OAK WEST REALTY LTD through individual representatives or
through the brokerage will collect personal information for necessary purposes. The type of
personal information will vary greatly depending on the circumstances, but may include (but is not
limited to) such facts as name, government issued identification and information regarding
ownership of land. Providing privacy and the comfort of protection is of utmost importance to
OAK WEST REALTY LTD and it's individual members. Personal information collected will
remain private except in cases where it is required by law, it is requested by the individual/entity
or it is inherently required by the request from the individual/entity. In cases where personal
information is released to a third party for the purposes above, it will be limited to a
need-to-know basis.
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE
In addition to the OAK WEST REALTY LTD PRIVACY POLICY for GENERAL PRIVACY, we
adhere to all rules and regulations set out in The Privacy Act. If at any time, there is a conflict
between a part f this document and The Privacy Act, The Act
shall overrule.
